To further our mission we are looking for aProperty Managerto join our Supportive Housing Management Services (SHMS). JOB SUMMARY Oversee the daily operations and management of various properties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Conduct weekly inspections of the physical property and follow-up on all maintenance work to ensure completion.
- Coordinate and supervise all activities related to the marketing and leasing of the property.
- Review all rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and compliance with resident policy.
- Collect rent and manage expenses.
- Prepare an annual operating budget for the property and review monthly financial reports related to the performance of the property.
- Maintain positive productive relationships with tenants community members and professionals servicing the property.
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with appropriate regulations and ethical standards established by SHMS and the industry.
- Conduct annual inspection of all apartments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - High School Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to handle finances and work within a budget.
- Word processing skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS - General office environment.
- Physical strength to manipulate light to medium weight materials weighing 10 to 15 pounds on a regular basis.
- Travel between multiple properties; reliable transportation required.
