What the Job is About

Our Kitchen Porters play an important role in supporting the Kitchen. You will be working in multiple kitchens in the pot wash area helping put deliveries away moving stock to the required locations. Maintaining the clenliness of the loading bay. Emptying bins breaking down cardboard and compacting. You may be asked to help with basic preperation of food. This a varied role with opportunity to grow and learn.

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand sit or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
