As the Family Medicine Physician youll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners community specialists and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population. Primary Responsibilities:Physician-led patient centered team-based environmentProvide care across the continuum focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic MedicineUnrestricted licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to startCurrent active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire per state regulations Current active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire per state regulations Board Certified or Bord Certified Eligible in Internal Medicine Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
