We are looking for a dynamic organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Global Logistics Procurement Systems and Process Analyst in Morton IL.

Job Summary:

• The Global Logistics Procurement Systems and Process Analyst supports the execution of designing developing deploying and monitoring procurement capabilities to provide business solutions that are globally effective & applicable.

Additional Info:

• This role is located in Morton IL and does not offer relocation
• This role is 1st shift
• This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
• This role requires up to 5% domestic travel

What You Will Do:

• Supports projects associated with lean processes global market understanding tools and systems especially Salesforce and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Designs and develops solutions collaborates with senior stakeholders and business users to collect VOB/VOC business requirements and prepares implementation plans for successful deployment.
• Contributes to strategic initiatives such as the development of standardized best practices offerings services and development of associated tools & training.
• Supports the lead technical representatives for a respective discipline and will work directly with a wide range of procurement / enterprise representatives including presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

What You Have (Required Skills):

• Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying evaluating introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
• Data Analytics: Knowledge of techniques and processes for inspecting cleansing transforming and modelling data; ability to discover useful information draw logical conclusions and support decision-making.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

• TMS experience (Blue Yonder etc.)
• Salesforce experience
• Logistics/Supply Chain experience

Summary Pay Range:
