Taking accountability and effectively supervising the In Room Dining in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager.
Being knowledgeable of and operating within appropriate outlet and House Management Policies.
To assist in the reaching of financial goals for the Food and Beverage department.
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure that the team is doing the same.
Identify and delegate responsibilities to the team to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
To ensure that the In Room Dinning areas are maintained to a high standard cleanliness.
Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems concerns and opportunities for improvement.
Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis.
Maintain a good working relationship with the kitchen team and other departments.
Assist the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Strong work ethic and can do attitude
Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Highly responsible and reliable personality
