Job Summary
- Ensure successful project delivery with a strong focus on quality schedule adherence and resource planning.
- Take full ownership of technical and organizational decisions within the Layout & Piping discipline.
- Lead and empower a dynamic engineering team dedicated to Layout & Piping activities.
- Coach motivate and develop team members defining clear growth paths and fostering accountability.
- Promote collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous professional development across the team.
- Build and maintain a high-performing expert and sustainable engineering organization
Qualifications :
- Over 15 years of strong expertise in piping engineering and more than 5 years of experience managing Layout and Piping departments including layout design and planning material selection pipe supports and flexibility/stress analysis.
- Strong experience in managing pipe classes and valves ensuring technical accuracy compliance and high engineering standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage conflicts constructively and mentor team members to strengthen overall team capabilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Fluency in English and Italian required.
