Job Summary

Joining us as a React Developer (Mid-Senior) you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile teams working within large-scale transformation projects that impact the life of millions of EU citizens.
As a React Developer (Mid-Senior) you will:
- Collaborate with the development team to define and implement the strategic direction of front-end development ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Design and develop high-performance scalable web applications that enhance user experience.
- Work closely with project managers to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines.
- Advocate for the adoption of modern development practices and tools contributing to the establishment of best practices to improve team efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges providing innovative solutions to enhance product performance.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Participate in decision-making processes at a technical level contributing to the evolution of future projects.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- 3 years of professional experience in frontend development with strong expertise in .
- Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and frontend build tools / package managers.
- Good understanding of web application architectures.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
- Strong communication skills especially in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
