We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Site Prevention Manager to join our team in Pierrelatte under a CDIC contract.
As a Prevention Manager you will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing comprehensive HSE programs to ensure a safe healthy and environmentally responsible workplace.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop implement and maintain HSE policies procedures and programs in compliance with local national and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Lead incident investigations perform root cause analyses and develop preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
- Design and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate HSE practices into all aspects of operations.
- Manage a team of HSE professionals providing guidance and support to ensure program success.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HSE management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
- Develop and effectively manage HSE budgets and resources.
Qualifications :
You have an HSE-oriented educational background and significant experience in prevention or HSE preferably within the industrial or energy sector.
You possess in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental management systems as well as proven experience in risk assessment incident investigation and implementation of corrective measures.
Proficiency in HSE management software and data analysis tools is a requirement for this position
