- Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of recurring responsibilities in relation to card manufacturing or issuance and delivery;
- Supporting own team in reaching main performance metrics targets and SLAs set to Operations organisation;
- Meeting individual SLAs and KPIs set for the role;
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to card production and delivery;
- Coordinate manufacturing-related improvements in designated regions such as chip migration testing changing of product codes etc;
- Build and maintain key relationships with external partners (manufacturers delivery partners);
- Identify opportunities to streamline the card manufacturing and delivery process improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors or delays;
- Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates.
