Cards Operations Specialist Issuance

• Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of recurring responsibilities in relation to card manufacturing or issuance and delivery;
• Supporting own team in reaching main performance metrics targets and SLAs set to Operations organisation;
• Meeting individual SLAs and KPIs set for the role;
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to card production and delivery;
• Coordinate manufacturing-related improvements in designated regions such as chip migration testing changing of product codes etc;
• Build and maintain key relationships with external partners (manufacturers delivery partners);
• Identify opportunities to streamline the card manufacturing and delivery process improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors or delays;
• Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates.

• Bonus: Youve worked in card manufacturing or have experience with supply-chain/delivery optimisation.
