What you will do

Were seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and help build scalable high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone who not only brings deep expertise in modern frontend technologies but also embraces the future of development through AI-assisted coding. The successful candidate will be expected to drive the adoption of AI tools and methodologies creatively integrating them into workflows to enhance productivity code quality and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with a solid grasp of ES6 features such as arrow functions async/await and modular architecture. They should be comfortable with DOM manipulation event handling and both vanilla JS and utility libraries. Experience working with REST APIs and optimizing client-side performance is essential. On the styling side they should be skilled in writing modular maintainable CSS/SCSS responsive design using media queries and grid and advanced SASS features like mixins and variables. Familiarity with Webpack NPM and multi-environment builds is expected along with solid Git practices including branching pull requests and conflict resolution. Bonus points for experience with Adobe AEM including HTL/Sightly templating clientlibs dialogs and an understanding of authoring vs. publish modes.

  • Lead frontend development across the team ensuring clean scalable and maintainable code.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate code generation streamline workflows and drive process improvements.

  • Hands on development including defect fixes enhancements and building new custom Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components to support enterprise-level content delivery.

  • Apply modern CSS/SCSS techniques to improve performance and scalability of our AEM headful application.

  • Provide technical guidance during planning and solutioning meetings helping shape architecture and implementation strategies.

  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews pair programming and ongoing support.

  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.

  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth and cross-functional learning.

What you will bring

  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve development workflows and drive innovation.

  • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript including ES6 features like async/await modules and arrow functions.

The salary range for this role is from $105000 to $135000.
