Job Description Summary

Oversee facility construction renovation and infrastructure improvement projects from initiation to closeout and the work of contractors from planning through completion. Maintain the site Preventative Maintenance Program for equipment and machines. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage facility infrastructure projects from initiation to closeout including planning design budget and execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout infrastructure projects.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own -depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Prepare reports maintain project records and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the site Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
  • Participate in site Sustainability efforts and lead facility-related efforts.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely collection of data and recordkeeping in CMMS to ensure on time completion of equipment PMs.
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Facility Construction Preventative Maintenance experience minimum of 3 years Equipment and Machine Preventative Maintenance experience
