As a Research Analyst on the SA&I team youll use your analytical and consultative skills to help clients make better faster and smarter decisions.
Client servicing duties
- Work on projects across a variety of large & small clients in various industries or categories.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables in partnership with your Client Consulting team.
- Participate in client discussions/presentations and work through implications and recommendations based on the data.
- Support the development of your client(s) through training related to consumer demand principles value-added projects and meta-analysis.
Analytical duties
- Develop and set up research projects based on the client brief and business objectives.
- Analyze study results summarize data and draft reports and presentations.
Personal development
- In your first year at Strategic Analytics & Insights you will benefit from a lot of training in order to develop a strong understanding of successful innovation and what drives in-market sales for new products.

Qualifications :

Going into the details you should have:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Data Science Marketing/Market Research or related fields (Economics Engineering Math Statistics Liberal Arts).
- Strong analytical skills with a desire to continuously improve.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- High attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate data into clear compelling stories that will resonate with the client.
- Demonstrate ability to execute against projects for a variety of innovative products and develop a basic working knowledge of consumer and marketing drivers of sales volume.
- Interest in quantitative and qualitative market research.
- Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g. SPSS R Stata) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $48000- $62000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
