Key Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex AI/ML programs from inception to completion including the full model lifecycle: data preprocessing model development evaluation and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering data science business and product management teams to define program objectives requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Monitor program progress manage timelines budgets and resources; track key metrics regularly report to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of AI/ML solutions.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence innovation and continuous improvement; mentor team members; uphold responsible AI practices (including fairness and explainability).
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML industry trends technologies and methodologies integrating these into program strategy to maintain competitive edge.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and organizational alignment optimizing workflows and processes in rapidly evolving environments.
• Oversee high-stakes stakeholder management expectation setting and performance tracking throughout complex projects.
• Promote knowledge-sharing best practices and make well-educated decisions across technical and business domains.
  
  Skills & Qualifications:
  
• Advanced technical degree (MBA/MS/Postgraduate in Computer Science Machine Learning AI or related field) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Starting with 11 years of experience in technical program management including a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading end-to-end AI engagements with cross-functional and global teams.
• Deep technical proficiency with ML toolkits and libraries (such as TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face) and experience driving adoption of cutting-edge AI/ML techniques (LLMs transformer architectures multimodal models RAG prompt engineering).
• Strategic Communication:Ability to clearly articulate vision technical topics and decisions to diverse stakeholders and to negotiate priorities and resources effectively.
• Business Acumen:Skilled in analyzing business requirements defining KPIs and ensuring AI/ML deliverables translate into measurable business impact.
• Risk & Change Management:Proficiency in identifying risks and managing change across technical and organizational boundaries with a proactive and data-driven approach to issue resolution.
• Commitment to Responsible AI:Deep awareness of ethical AI principles data privacy algorithmic fairness and responsible deployment strategies implementing these principles in all program phases.
• Continuous Learning Mindset:Up-to-date on current and emerging trends in AI/ML with a desire for ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing.
