Our client is a leading water well drilling pump repair and fabrication company serving agricultural industrial and municipal clients in Central and Southern California. They pride themselves on delivering reliable high-quality service with a skilled team-oriented workforce.

Responsibilities:

Operate manual and CNC lathes to produce precise components for pumps well systems and other machinery.
Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications.
Measure and inspect completed parts for quality assurance.
Maintain and clean machinery and shop workspace.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a lathe machinist in an industrial or fabrication setting.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of metalworking and machining principles.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work.
Team-oriented and safety-conscious.
