We are seeking a Marketing Copywriter who can break down complex creative briefs and then deliver clear concise content that delivers a positive business outcome. We want someone with the skills to lift campaigns from the ordinary to the extraordinary. We want someone who relishes big challenges and is driven to succeed.

Your responsibilities:
- Independently develop content for a range of assets including emails letters direct mails adverts social posts web landing pages video scripts and more
- Work with strategists designers and other writers to deliver high-quality well-informed engaging and accurate copy for all types of communication projects
- Edit and proof material and content generated by others for accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide oversight and guidance to output owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity quality and consistency across all communications
- Ensure all content projects are delivered according to spec and within deadline
- Participate in conceptualization meetings for creative campaigns
- Mentor and/or collaborate with other writers on the team to share knowledge
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
- Familiarity with AP style guide and implementation of creative briefs
- Experience in delivering simple clear copy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in writing storytelling and contributing to creative campaigns
- Experience using AI tools
- Ability to organise and manage own work effectively and prioritise competing workloads
- Ability to support other writers and stakeholders whilst managing own workload
- Ability to quickly comprehend new topics and produce new content based on research
- Ability to work as a key team player within a creative team
- Ability to create original work which communicates a complicated message simply
- Knowledge of how to write and design persuasively connecting to clients brand and mission on relevant topics and in some cases defend your creative choices
- Knowledge of financial and insurance sector
- Experience of working in cross-cultural teams across different time zones.
