Qualifications

Valid ODE Aide Permit (may apply after being selected)
Satisfactory results on a criminal records check
Experience with students with disabilities preferred
Associates degree or the equivalent of 48 semester or 72 quarter hours OR complete and pass the ParaPro Assessment
A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
Strong communication skills integrity and maturity
Patience empathy and professionalism when engaging with students
A commitment to follow Madison-Champaign ESC rules and policies
A servant-leader mindset dedicated to helping students reach their full potential
