What you will be doing:
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: from strategic sourcing and deal structuring to onboarding activation and long-term relationship management.
- Manage and grow existing partnerships with key industry players ensuring measurable business impact and mutual success.
- Source negotiate and close new partnerships that accelerate Lightricks reach across target verticals from media and entertainment to design visualization and communication.
- Build operational excellence within the partnerships team: defining scalable processes reporting frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product R&D marketing sales legal and business leadership to translate partner opportunities into tangible growth initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities including strategic product integrations channel partners and services & solution partners.
Your skills and experience:
- 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships business development or alliances within B2B technology; AI or creative tech experience a plus.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end partnership cycles from sourcing and negotiation through execution and ongoing growth.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving high-growth environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented organized and relentless in follow-through - you ensure every project closes strong.
- Resourceful and proactive: able to navigate ambiguity find creative solutions and move deals forward without waiting for perfect information.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills capable of influencing at all levels internally and externally.
- Deep sense of ownership accountability and urgency - you reliably make things happen.
- Collaborative team player with a positive problem-solving mindset and the resilience to handle challenges with optimism and creativity.
Nice to Have
- Background in Media & Entertainment Design & Visualization or Communication sectors (film/TV gaming AEC eCommerce social platforms etc.).
- Experience building and managingdistribution ecosystems including channels marketplaces and services or solution partners.

- Expected salary range is $140000-$175000
