Technical Skills Required:
- TableauExpertise:Mastery ofTableauDesktopTableauPrep andTableauServer.
- Data Architecture & ETL:Strong knowledge of data design modeling and ETL processes.
- SQL & Databases:Proficiency in SQL; hands-on with databases like SQL Server Oracle etc.
- Data Integration:Ability to integrate data from multiple sources intoTableau.
- Performance Optimization:Experience in optimizing dashboard performance for large datasets.
- Cloud Platforms:Familiarity with AWS Azure or other cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms.
Soft Skills & Training:
- Mentorship:Experience mentoring and training junior analysts especially teams in Pune.
- Collaboration:Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional and remote teams.
- Problem Solving:Strong troubleshooting abilities in ETL workflows andTableauenvironments.
- Documentation:Skilled at creating clear user-friendly internal and external documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior team members in Pune supporting their professional growth.
- Design and implement scalableTableaudashboards and data solutions.
- OptimizeTableauenvironments for high performance and scalability.
- Conduct technical training workshops and 1:1 mentorship.
