Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript
Build and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using and Express
Integrate and manage AWS services including:
S3 for storage
EC2 for compute
AWS Transcribe for speech-to-text features
CloudFront for content delivery
CloudWatch for monitoring and logging
Ensure high performance responsiveness and scalability of web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps Product and QA
Version control using Git with collaboration through GitHub
Write clean maintainable and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (standups sprint planning retrospectives)
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid experience with React and modern React hooks
Backend development with and Express
Experience working with AWS services (S3 EC2 Transcribe CloudFront CloudWatch)
Familiarity with infrastructure setup and deployment pipelines on AWS
Version control using Git and collaboration via GitHub
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker is a plus)

Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirement definition and design to implementation release and performance tracking. Define and drive the product strategy roadmap and delivery plan aligned with business and client objectives. Strong expertise in project planning estimation resource management and end-to-end Scrum execution. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team ensuring clarity of priorities ownership and execution excellence. Assign KRAs monitor and evaluate team members job performance. Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs translate them into actionable product requirements and manage expectations effectively. Collaborate closely with engineering design QA and data teams to deliver high-impact releases within timelines. Proactively identify risks bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement across delivery and product processes. Represent the product in client discussions steering committees and business reviews. Build and nurture a high-performing team driven by ownership accountability and a commitment to constant improvement. Qualifications BE Computer Science or related technical discipline (MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus). 812 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in product management or product managers roles. Proven experience in managing large cross-functional teams (20 members) and end-to-end product delivery. Strong understanding of software development processes agile methodologies and technology stacks. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills; able to communicate complex technical topics in business terms. Experience working in enterprise software solutions analytics platforms AI & ML environment preferred. Preferred Skills Hands-on understanding of modern technologies (GenAI APIs cloud data pipelines AI/ML etc.). Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive decisions Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to changing needs of client and team capabilities Exhibits positive interpersonal Leadership and team skills
