Mixer Systems Inc. located in Pewaukee Wisconsin is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data technology and people helping keep sales operations running efficiently and customers informed.
Requirements
What Youll Do:
- Maintain and analyze sales tracking spreadsheets for key performance metrics.
- Keep the CRM system organized and up to date.
- Coordinate association events and assist with trade show logistics.
- Support marketing campaigns and client outreach efforts including follow-up calls.
- Attend monthly sales meetings document action items and assist with follow-through.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
- Associates degree in Business Marketing or related field (Bachelors preferred).
- 1 years of experience in sales customer service or administrative support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus).
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills.
