Job Summary
Finisher / Detailer
The ideal candidate for this role will perform a range of duties. Fabrication indoor and outdoor you will perform diligent work to make sure our product is exactly as the customers ordered it.
Responsibilities
- Performing Repairs or Changes to products based on production drawings or quality standards.
- Reading production drawings and use a tape to measure accurately and precisely.
- Recognizing whether the product meets quality standards.
- Hammer out concrete/precast-ready molds. (Intense repetitive heavy labor work)
- Assist different departments. Including but not limited:
- Build rebar cages according to drawings provided - tools supplied by the company
- Unload and stack prefabricated steel so that it can be lifted with slings.
- Experience using rebar fabrication machinery a plus but not required
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day

- Hard hat
- Safety vest
- Steel-toe shoes or boots
- Safety glasses
- Gloves
