Front Desk / Office Manager
Established Accounting Firm Full Time

Are you an organized people-focused professional looking for a long-term home with a team that truly values you Our established accounting firm is looking for a Front Desk / Office Manager who will deliver exceptional service to both our clients and our employees.

We specialize in supporting small to mid-sized closely held companies as well as individual taxes and strategies IRS mediation trusts and estates. Our firm prides itself on strong relationships top-tier client service and a collaborative supportive work culture.

What Youll Do

  • Manage all front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phones

  • Provide administrative support through filing data entry document organization and general office tasks

  • Assist with order entry and ensure information is accurately recorded for easy access

  • Maintain an organized efficient office environment

What Were Looking For

  • Strong computer skills especially within Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred

  • Experience with QBO or bookkeeping is a plus
