About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Order-to-Cash Specialist to join a medical devices project supporting diabetes-related products. The role focuses on managing end-to-end OTC processes ensuring smooth order management accurate documentation and high-quality customer support within a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full order-to-cash cycle including order entry validation invoicing and documentation.

Communicate with German-speaking partners distributors and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with medical device handling procedures and internal guidelines.

Investigate and resolve order discrepancies delivery issues and billing queries.

Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the OTC team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and service performance.

Work effectively in a 24/7 shift environment.
Requirements
-
German C1/C2 proficiency (mandatory).

English B2 level for internal communication.

Previous experience in Order-to-Cash Supply Chain Finance or Customer Service.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts.

Ability to work on-site in Porto.
Working Conditions

On-site role in Porto.

24/7 rotational schedule with two days off per week.

Permanent contract with health insurance from day 1.
Compensation

Base salary: 1500

Language bonus: 300
