WHO YOULL WORK WITH

As part of the EMEA Employee Communications team you will work closely with teammates passionate about creative storytelling content creation design and trends and you will partner with extended Communications teams across the company at a Geo Global and Country level. Your network will also extend well beyond Communications to include partners from other departments and functions at Nike Inc. such as Events Human Resources Global Places & Services Marketing and more.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Our Employee Communications and Experiencesteam plays a vital role in keeping our employees informed inspired and connected to Nikes mission. Were looking for adynamic communicatorto drive storytelling and engagement across ourEMEAregion (Europe Middle East & Africa). A strong candidate brings a compelling background for ideating stories and experiences through new approaches formats and platforms. Love for sports and strong knowledge of sport culture is a plus as well as passion and excitment to create inspiring moments centered around sport product innovation brand and athlete storytelling anchored in Nikes mission.

• Bachelors degree or higher in Communications Journalism or equivalent areas.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Communications.
• Experience developing and executing communication plans that deliver narrative-led storytelling and employee engagement across international and diverse environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to navigate and influence across a complex matrix on a corporate regional and functional basis.
• Strong management skills including high-profile communications planning ideation budgeting problem solving and agency management.
• Confident writer with relevat experience crafting compelling stories.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects at once with competing deadlines overseeing timelines and workback schedules to drive efficiency and results.
• Resiliency adaptability and comfort in ambiguity; ability to guide others through a dynamic work environment.

• Great relationship building skills and a collaborative approach.

• Expertise in producing high-quality content across various formats (written visual digital).
• Willingness to experiment with new formats to keep communications fresh and engaging.
• Ability to create compelling stories and experiences that align with Nikes mission and values.
• Experience producing or leading large-scaled events / experiences.
• Strong writing skillset with the ability to draft copy for internal channels.
• Experience and understanding on engaging multiple and diverse audiences.
• Experience working within a large team and ability to clearly communicate ideas.
• Passion for sport and Nike Inc. brands.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

• Manage and optimize internal channels (email intranet newsletters digital platforms) to deliver key information and inspiring stories for our employees.
• Ideate and execute internal communication activations that inform and inspire Nike employees across EMEA.
• Support our editorial engine crafting content to serve multiple audiences and needs across different platforms.
• Partner with extended teams and functions across the company to drive initiatives and programs that help inform and inspire teammates.
• Drive relationships with agencies and creative partners.
• Stay ahead of trends in employee engagement and internal communications to drive innovation in our approach.
