Team Lead Hashport

Weve been on the market for over 7 years are rapidly expanding internationally and are now launching a new direction - Hashport.

Were looking for a Team Lead Hashport who can design the architecture of a new product from scratch build an engineering team and ensure the stability and scalability of a high-load platform.

In this role youll work at the intersection of classical backend engineering and Web3: designing the full lifecycle of cloud mining (from hardware to payouts) developing core services in Go establishing engineering processes and contributing to the architecture and PoC of a mining token on Solidity.

What you will do:

Architecture & Product Development

• Design the architecture of a new product including:
• cloud mining
• hashrate fractionalization
• billing and calculations
• user dashboard
• API façade.
• Lead hands-on development of core components in Go.
• Define the technical strategy and ensure platform resilience and scalability.
• Design and validate architecture and PoC for a mining token (Solidity).

Team Leadership

• Build an engineering team from scratch: hiring onboarding role allocation.
• Delegate technical ownership and mentor engineers.
• Run team rituals: planning retrospectives 1:1s status updates.

Engineering Processes

• Establish CI/CD code review practices testing release processes and planning.
• Manage feature delivery and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation: processes architecture diagrams coding standards.
• Ensure strong monitoring logging automation and operational excellence.

What were looking for:

• 4-5 years of commercial development experience; 1 year as a team lead.
• Strong expertise in Go as the primary language.
• Experience with C# or is a plus.
• Ability to design high-load modular systems:
• calculations
• queues
• billing
• data consistency.
• Proven experience building application architecture from scratch (greenfield).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD monitoring logging and automation.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with Web3 / smart contract integrations.
• Big plus: Solidity development or experience with tokens/events.
• Experience running engineering rituals (planning retros 1:1s status tracking).
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and end-to-end responsibility for product delivery.

Challenges of the Role:

• Launching a product entirely from scratch with no technical legacy.
• Designing a full lifecycle:
  hardware hashrate fractionalization billing payouts withdrawal.
• Maintaining calculation consistency and transparency under increasing load.
• Balancing classical backend with emerging tokenization (Solidity).
• Rapid hiring and team scaling under ambitious product timelines.
• Balancing delivery of MVP speed with long-term platform quality.
• Building development processes where none exist yet.
• Shaping architecture 12 years ahead in an environment with evolving requirements.
