Jaká bude náplň tvé práce

Vřelá komunikace se zákazníky zjišťování jejich potřeb a přání; aktivní pomoc s orientací v obchodě aby zákazníci našli to co potřebují; interakce s dětmi

Nabízení doplňkových produktů a služeb jako např. věrnostní klubová karta vyřizování reklamací a eskalace obtížnějších požadavků vedoucí/mu prodejny

Spolupráce s dalšími kolegyněmi a kolegy na prodejně tak aby si všichni zákazníci odnesli z návštěvy naší prodejny jen ty nejlepší pocity a dojmy

Manipulace s hotovostí a vyřizování bezhotovostních transakcí dle popsaných postupů

Spolupráce na vystavení našich produktů na regálech; přehled o tom kde co chybí a zajištění případného doplnění Jsi tím správným člověkem pro tuto roli Velmi srdečný vztah k našim produktům dětem a hodnotám společnosti LEGO Group

Zkušenost z obchodu je výhodou ale ne podmínkou důležitější je pro nás nadšení do práce se zákazníky dětmi a našimi produkty

Výborné komunikační a organizační dovednosti

Schopnost učit se pracovním postupům a procesům zájem o sledování novinek v našem portfoliu

Velmi pokročilá znalost češtiny znalost angličtiny je výhodou ne podmínkou

Základní dovednosti na počítači na úrovni běžného uživatele Proč se přidat k nám do týmu
