Job Description
A Magnet-designated hospital in Southern New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Progressive Care Unit. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values both professional growth and compassionate patient care.
Position Overview
As a PCU RN you will care for patients who require close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions more acute than a typical medical-surgical unit but not critical enough for ICU-level care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to moderately to critically ill patients requiring continuous assessment
- Monitor patient conditions and interpret clinical data to identify changes and intervene appropriately
- Administer medications treatments and therapies safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers and care teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans disease processes and post-discharge needs
- Document nursing assessments and interventions in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN License
- At least 2 years of inpatient experience is required.

- 3x12 nights
