Technica LLC is seeking a highly motivated Production Control Clerk Lead to support a Government contract
at Fort Bliss TX. This role is responsible for coordinating work order processing in a military vehicle
maintenance environment ensuring accurate documentation compliance with Army regulations and
overseeing Production Control Clerks.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receives verify and process all DA Form 1687s and Assumption of Command Orders in accordance with
Army regulations. - Work directly with customers to establish accounts and resolve issues.
- Distribute workload among Production Control Clerks.
- Coordinate with shop leads on the work order process and ensure work orders are correctly opened with
appropriate fund codes project codes and priorities. - Communicate with customers regarding work order status and updates.
- Assist with funding tracking for assigned projects.
- Support the Supervisor with the preparation of daily weekly and monthly production reports.
- Train new hires and monitor their work performance.
- Operate exclusively within a vehicle maintenance facility to process work orders for military and civilian
equipment using GCSS-Army. - Compile and record production data from customer work orders (automated and non-automated)
following prescribed procedures. - Prepare production reports according to governing regulations and established formats.
- Maintain required documentation and archival records in GCSS-Army and Microsoft 365.
- Monitor work order progress and ensure timely status updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies via phone email or in person to ensure
efficient completion of work orders. - Maintain Production Planning & Control (PP&C) workstations in a professional manner.
- Perform duties in both office areas and maintenance bay environments.
- Support safety environmental and physical security standards; ensure compliance within the
maintenance shops. - Assist the department and Supervisor with additional tasks as assigned.

- Minimum Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with GCSS-Army is mandatory including the ability to generate data reports and requisitions
- Knowledge of applicable Army maintenance forms including:
- DA Form 2404 / 5988-E (Equipment Inspection & Maintenance Worksheet)
- DA Form 2407 (Maintenance Request)
- DA Form 2407-1 (Continuation Sheet)
- Other relevant DA/DoD documentation
- Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook Excel Word Access OneDrive Teams).
- Must successfully pass pre-employment screening and background investigations.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (3 years) for NACI and CAC eligibility.
- Basic English oral and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in hot dusty and windy environments for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- MOS 92A (Automated Logistical Specialist) experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
