Position: Caregiver - 2138 Y
Starting Wage: $22.50
Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday: 9am to 3pm
Location: Medford Oregon 97504
Experience: Moderate
Client Bio: Hi! I love spending time with my family friends and pets especially my dogs! Im a great storyteller a good listener and really value friendship. Im working on building independence with shopping and money management and do best with support staying organized and motivated. I sometimes get frustrated or overwhelmed so patience clear directions visuals and breaks help me succeed. I enjoy sensory activities Legos and hands-on projects and prefer to work with someone who is calm positive and whats your tire Youre so tired

Who Were Looking For
- 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- Own a smartphone
- Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
- Drivers license and insurance for some roles
- Must own a car to travel for this client to meet them at different locations for the shift

- Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals bathing or getting ready for the day youll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
- Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks shopping trips or community outings helping them connect with the world around them.
- Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
- Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
