Position: Caregiver - 2168RM

Starting Wage: $24.00/hour

Schedule:
Tuesday 6am to 7.30am
Wednesday 4 pm to 7 pm
Friday 6am to 7.30am & 4 to 7 pm
Saturday / Sunday 9am to 1 pm

Location: Hillsboro Oregon

Client Bio:

I live at home with my family and enjoy playing games on my phone using alphabet tiles and spending time with animals and plastic animal toys. I like eating fruits vegetables and pizza and I enjoy going to parks the zoo museums and being out in the community. Weekends and one-on-one time are especially meaningful to me.

I need a caregiver who can support me with emotional regulation as I may struggle with big feelings that can lead to property destruction or refusal of ADLs and IADLs. At times I require additional supervision due to frequent fecal smearing which typically occurs at night while others are sleeping. Patience consistency and calm redirection are essential to help me feel safe and supported.

A dependable understanding caregiver who can provide structure and follow care plans closely will be the best fit for supporting my daily needs and overall well-being.

Who Were Looking For

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Drivers license and insurance for some roles

Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
