Help customers run their IT infrastructure reliably securely and efficiently.
If you enjoy solving technical problems advising customers giving workshops or optimising monitoring setups - this is your place.

- Support customers during implementation & optimization
- Run workshops trainings & best-practice sessions
- Troubleshoot Linux monitoring & infrastructure issues
- Create knowledge content or community insights
- Collaborate closely with Engineering & Product
Your profile
- Technical understanding (Linux infra monitoring etc.)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Structured & solution-focused working style
- Good English; German is a plus
