Job Description Summary:

Job Requirements Prerequisites and Essential Functions:

EDUCATION
High School level or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of six months experience in an acute care hospital a skilled nursing or
rehabilitation facility or a medical clinic is preferred. Twelve months experience as a janitor
in an office building or commercial complex or as a hotel housekeeper is acceptable.

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS


Integrative Agitation Management (IAM) Required within 30 days of hire

PREREQUISITE SKILLS
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to organize work tasks and carry them through to a timely conclusion.
Ability to work cooperatively with all supervisory personnel.
Ability to work cooperatively with all other employees.
Possess a flexible attitude regarding performing varied job tasks and work
assignments.

Compensation:

The posted pay range complies with applicable law and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Individual pay is set by skills experience qualifications and internal/market equity consistent with MarinHealths compensation philosophy. Positions covered by collective bargaining agreements are governed by those agreements.
