About the Role
Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager this role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.
What You Will Do
Day to day you will be responsible for:
Service Level agreements for customers joining Frameworks
Manage contract novations
Management of tenders:
Monitoring tender portals/ mailbox for notifications of tenders
Project managing process
Reviewing tender specifications
Collating all required information/ samples
Writing tender responses
Uploading of documentation on customer portal
Gaining internal sign off
Breaking down results of tender and communicating to wider business/ arranging tender debriefs
Storage of documentation
Pricing analysis support
Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers
Managing data requests from customers
Applying for drug tariff increases
Who You Are
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in tenders/ contracts role
Good organisational skills
Excellent analytical skills
Agile mindset
