FINANCE & RESTRUCTURING LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

A leading AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Finance & Restructuring Practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes financial disputes representing clients in complex matters involving commercial transactions corporate debt restructurings and related litigation. The role provides exceptional exposure to cutting-edge financial issues while working alongside a highly regarded nationally integrated team.
Candidate Profile
- JDfrom an ABA-accredited law schoolwith anexcellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction in good standing
- 35 years of substantivelitigationexperience at anAmLaw 100 firm
- Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation
- Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation including drafting legal documents conducting discovery and depositions preparing for trial and participating in motions practice
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and advocacy abilities both written and oral
- Proven capacity to work collaboratively across offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in financial commercial and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums
- Manage all aspects of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions motion practice and trial preparation
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions briefs and memoranda
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy
- Provide clients with timely practical and strategic advice on litigation and risk management
- Contribute to a collaborative team-oriented culture focused on excellence and innovation

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary:Annual salary range of$180000 $300000 as determined by experience and market factors
