What Youll Do

The Assistant Nurse Manager works in close collaboration with the Medical Services Director to:

• Support clinical operational and financial goals
• Direct and evaluate patient care delivery
• Recommend develop and implement policies and improvement initiatives
• Supervise and coach nursing staff and related care team members

Youll play a critical role in leadership visibility staff engagement and patient experience.

Additional Job Description

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of three years as a Registered Nurse
• Acute care experience and leadership exposure strongly preferred

Education:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current RN license with the South Carolina Board of Nursing (or compact state)
• Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (required)
