Cressy Home Cleaning is an established reputable domestic cleaning service committed to providing exceptional quality and unmatched reliability to our clients. We are looking for highly dependable and meticulous individuals who take pride in their work and understand the critical importance of punctuality.**This role is NOT suited for candidates who struggle with time management or consistent attendance.**The Role:* Perform high-quality domestic cleaning services in client homes across Launceston Northern Midlands and Meander Valley.* Follow detailed checklists and complete all work within the allocated time (e.g. must work the full 3 hours rostered).* Execute deeper cleaning tasks when basic duties are finished early (e.g. windows inside/out kitchen cupboard interiors porch cleaning).Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):**Reliable Transportation:** Must possess a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle for travel between client locations.**Punctuality is Paramount:** Must be available to strictly adhere to the schedule and arrive on time every time.**Background Check:** Ability to pass a Police Check/Working with Vulnerable People check.**Professional Experience:** Minimum e.g. 6 months professional cleaning experience preferred.**References:** Must provide **at least two professional references** that can verify your past reliability and We Offer:Competitive Pay:Support: All high-quality cleaning equipment and supplies (valued at approx. $700) are provided by the Management: Clear communication and consistent scheduling.
