Responsibilities
Supports the anesthesia department by the preparation and set up of appropriate equipment and supplies for each anesthetizing location routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment maintaining a clean environment and maintaining supply levels. Performs various technical duties involved in handling and delivering pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalent education (GED) post-secondary education or (1) one year work experience.
- Must hold American Heart Associations Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia
- Visual color acuity screening depending on the role in specific units.
