• Optimization & Performance Management:OptimizeTableauenvironments forefficiencyscalability andperformance ensuring minimal latency and maximum user engagement.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer:Conduct regulartraining sessionsone-on-one mentorship andtechnical workshopsto upskill junior staff in data visualization ETL processes and best practices in analytics.
