Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Oracle FIN Functional Consultant to support O2C & P2P activities as part of ERP operation team in Oracle EBS environment. The ideal candidate will possess medium expertise in Oracle FIN modules with experience managing end-to-end life cycle implementations and functional testing in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and map them to Oracle FIN functionalities.
- Perform O2C & P2P testing activities ensuring accurate execution and alignment with project goals.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules in Oracle EBS Environment.
- Manage end-to-end implementation including configuration integration testing and support.
- Identify document and resolve issues during testing and implementation phases.
- Ensure seamless project go-live by coordinating with stakeholders and addressing functional gaps.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle FIN modules with specific focus on O2C and P2P processes.
- Experience working in Oracle EBS environments with a track record of successful implementations.
- Proficiency in end-to-end lifecycle management including testing implementation and support.
- Ability to analyze and resolve functional and technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders end-users and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle FIN tracks.
- Oracle certifications in FIN modules are a plus.
- Prior experience in large-scale project go-live scenarios.
- Familiarity with Agile or similar project methodologies.
