Job Summary
Job Objective:
The major responsibility of the position is to lead the project technically in small to medium level sized projects covering all different stages starting from the presales activities till the final documentation & project handover and acceptance phase for clients in addition to being a subject matter expert in technical topics that stretches the ability of less senior team members and provide consistent guidance for their growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
DATA GATHERING & PLANNING AND DESIGN PHASE
Participate in drafting data requirements and through attending clients meetings & sessions and ensure every detail is covered.
CONFIGURATION & MIGRATION PHASE:
Ensure smooth flow of the configuration execution phase and handle relevant conflicts that arise during the process.
Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting the operation of the customers infrastructure.
Provide technical support & guidance as required
CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE & HANDOVER PHASE:
Ensure smooth facilitation for handover sessions with clients
Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures maintaining confidentiality integrity and compliance in every aspect of the role
Requirements
Bachelor of engineering computer science or any relevant field
Exchange and System Center Products awareness
VMware or other Microsoft product is a plus.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
At least 7 years of experience in a relevant position.
Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Azure AD and Office 365 is a must
SCOM or SCCM or Intune or EMS (Experience in any of them or 2 is a must).
