Job Summary

We are searching for a motivated and adaptable professional to play a pivotal role in driving the strategic expansion of our Foreign Exchange (FX) business across the LATAM region. As a key member of our team you will identify business opportunities nurture relationships with prospective clients and partners and deliver tailored FX solutions in a fast-evolving multicultural environment. Your proficiency in Spanish and deep understanding of LATAMs financial landscape will be vital to your success in this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement outreach initiatives using direct communication channels social media emails and industry events to attract and engage potential partners.
  • Build oversee and refine a pipeline for sales or partnerships ensuring timely follow-ups to achieve successful deals.
  • Grow and maintain partner networks regionally or internationally optimizing both cost and impact on business outcomes.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key partners and important clients to foster long-term business expansion.
  • Clearly communicate the companys value negotiate contract terms and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new partners ensuring contract completion compliance verification and integration with company programs.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to guarantee smooth partner transitions and continuous support.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends competitive movements and market demands to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators such as partner acquisition and overall contribution to business success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Spanish (C1 level) with strong spoken and written skills and good command of English (minimum B2).
  • At least 3 years experience in business development with Forex/CFD environment.
  • Solid knowledge of partnership frameworks client relationship management and business growth tactics.
  • Proven negotiation skills with experience closing deals and nurturing long-term partner relationships.
  • Excellent organizational communication and analytical capabilities.
  • Bachelors degree or a comparable qualification.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management and performance measurement.
  • Ability to identify and actively pursue growth prospects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and represent the company.
