Requirements
- Bachelors degree in International Business Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
- Proficiency with office tools and order management systems (Odoo preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Main Responsibilities
Keep customer and product information up to date in Odoo.
Handle customer requests create quotes and enter orders in Odoo.
Talk to customers understand their needs and follow up.
Coordinate purchase orders with headquarters and track them.
Prepare business and shipping documents (invoices delivery notes certificates if needed).
Follow up on sales and purchase orders and solve any problems.
Record invoices and payments and manage accounts in Odoo.
