Job Summary
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a high-achieving school A fantastic school in the Coventry area is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their thriving support team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent role beginning January 2026. You will support students in KS3 and KS4 working both in the classroom and in small intervention groups. Patience initiative and strong communication are essential.

We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about supporting young learners
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can work closely with teachers and SEND staff
Is patient organised and proactive
Has experience in education or youth support (preferred)
