We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our energy and infrastructure market presence strengthening our partnerships and driving innovative growth across our organisation. This is a senior high-impact role for someone who combines commercial acumen with strong leadership and a consultative approach.
About the role
As our Senior Business Development Manager you will be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities within the energy sector forming strategic alliances and deepening relationships with key clients. Youll lead high-value initiatives that support our long-term growth while also coaching and developing our Business Development Managers to reach their full potential.

Skills and experience
Proven reputable track record in business development or sales within energy power infrastructure with a strong success in achieving revenue growth.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities with a consultative solution-focused approach.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Strong understanding of industry dynamics competitive landscapes and customer behaviour.
