Requirements:
Previous SEN experience (education or youth settings)
Confidence with 1:1 and small-group support
Ability to stay calm and use de-escalation strategies
Positive approach to supporting behaviour and communication
Passion for inclusion and pupil progress
The Role:
Work 1:1 with pupils who have ASD or SEMH
Support emotional regulation and engagement
Help deliver targeted interventions and personalised programmes
