Main duties

- Analyse assessment data to design targeted interventions and to measure impact on progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development moderation and CPD within the KS2 phase.
- Liaise with parents and external partners to support pupil progress and transition.
- Participate in whole-school initiatives and pastoral programmes across Slough.

- Qualified teacher with solid KS2 experience and the ability to teach across multiple year groups.
- Strong planning assessment and classroom-management skills and a collaborative approach.
