Job Summary
Are you a creative and passionate Early Years practitioner We are seeking a Reception Teacher to join a nurturing and inclusive primary school in Bromley. This is a wonderful opportunity to support children at the very start of their learning journey helping them develop essential skills confidence and a love of learning.
The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging developmentally appropriate lessons across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) including literacy numeracy personal social and emotional development. You will create a stimulating and safe learning environment fostering curiosity and independence in every child.
This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners and offers strong mentoring induction and professional development opportunities. You will work closely with support staff parents and colleagues to ensure continuity of learning and a high-quality Early Years experience.
Key qualities we are looking for:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Ability to create a stimulating safe and inclusive learning environment
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Collaborative and reflective approach to teaching
