Job Summary
We are seeking a creative enthusiastic and highly motivated Art ECT to join a thriving Creative Arts department within an Outstanding school in Hertfordshire. As an Art Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging imaginative and well-structured lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5 helping students to develop confidence technical skill and independent artistic expression. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Art Teacher to begin their career in a highly supportive and professionally nurturing environment.
You will work alongside an experienced and collaborative team of Art specialists within well-equipped studios that provide students with access to a wide range of materials and digital resources. The department plays an important role in whole-school life through exhibitions creative projects and enrichment activities.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Art or a related creative subject
PGCE with QTS
Training to teach Art to KS3 KS4 and ideally KS5
Passion for creative education and student development
Willingness to contribute to exhibitions competitions and extracurricular projects
Salary
The salary for this Art ECT position will be paid to scale in line with MPS1.
