ECTs are fully supported through a tailored induction plan weekly CPD a dedicated mentor and reduced timetable allocations in the first term.
Experience and Qualifications
- PGCE QTS (or expected QTS)
- Strong understanding of KS3/4 PE
- Willingness to support clubs fixtures and enrichment
Salary
Paid on M1 ECT scale.
