Our client is seeking a Head of Science to start January or earlier. This is a full-time permanent post leading a successful high-performing Science Department. The role involves overseeing Biology Chemistry and Physics from KS3KS5 ensuring high-quality teaching strong outcomes and a supportive learning environment for a highly motivated student cohort.

Leading the Science Department across all key stages
Driving high standards in teaching learning and curriculum planning
Supporting staff development and performance
Overseeing assessment tracking and intervention
Teaching your specialism to KS4/KS5
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in a Science subject
Teaching qualification with QTS
Experience teaching KS4/KS5
Previous leadership or responsibility experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Salary
MPS/UPS TLR dependent on experience.
